I hope he NEVER leaves San Fran

if he finishes his career the way he has started his 1st 3 years in the league
we could have arguebly 4 of the greatest players in their respective positions

I wanted Willis, Davis, Lawson, liked the Staley pick but was off with wanting Alan Branch.

I liked Branch too, at that point we desperately need a NG!

There was a Terrence Cody momentum for some board members for a while. It's just so tough to judge NT's. Honestly, mostly because of their weight they can take plays off or only be able to play 2 downs and therefore are hard to judge. One play they look brilliant the next they don't even try. It's probably about personality, coaching and sometimes contracts more than anything.

We're slowly working on building an All NFL team full of 49ers. Right now we're focusing on Vernon Davis, Andy Lee screwed us over with a bad rookie campaign. No way he even outguns Lechler

He will be the DPOY next year. Best MLB in the NFL and arguably the best defensive player in the league. This year it will be Revis IMO.

I never got off the Willis Wagon... Whats funny to me was how AJ Hawk goes #5 to the packers the year before and he doesnt have an ounce of what P52 had athleticly. Yet Willis slips out of the top 10. go figure

Im thinkin its going to be Woodson. IMO he is the only guy that I would be "okay" with getting it over Willis. Like you said Sharper came out firing but Willis has been the man all season long.

Fixed for yah, cause "most" is not even close to accurate. "Most" wanted Pdub, come draft time. If memory serves, "most" wanter Carriker intialy, but come decision time the majority was hoping for PDub.
