Wasting scoring opportunities off the 6 turnovers is a misleading argument

why the f**k would we run the ball to the kill the clock
I want to kill the opponent not the clock
Even Bill Walsh used to run the ball to kill the clock. The difference was that normally we'd put most teams away by halftime during his reign.

We cannot squander these opportunties. The defense needs to get on the offense about these opportunities that they squander.

Singletary and Raye try to run out the clock with a 4 pt lead. Poor coaching execution.

Again the Lions are the 32nd ranked pass defense in the league.

niners had 230 yards passing thru the 1st 3 quarters...only 1 pass thrown in 4th quarter

facts smacks! The Smith haters do not like them
We are the only team with a +4 turnover margin that has a loosing record !
You could be optimistic and say "hey we're not so bad, we're in the same league as playoffs teams"
Well i don't. For me it just means despite that fact (one of the most important stat in the NFL) we couldn't take advantage on Offense and maybe we would have lost much more games if it wasn't fot the D that stopped opponents drives with TO's
Remember last year ? We looked better on O but couldn't capitalize cos we turned the ball over way too much and the D couldn't create any

regardless, playoff teams capitalize on every turnover. Next year, a game could be decided by a single turnover and not capitalizing could be the difference between a win and a loss (as we've see this year).

This team needs to learn from this and capitalize next year. D need to keep doing what they're doing at home and do more of that on the road.

NOT when you are running out the clock on them and owning their offense. Also, this game was over before it began....niners at home vs a weak team......done, not a pressing issue last week.

However, the OL needs to give Alex more time to throw....it's sad to see other qb's get all day to throw......get all the props and Alex is a big question.

Any other of the top qb's would NOT do much better behind our OL (2 Backup OT's, and a guard that was essentially BENCHED)....why do people not see this.

Alex is a above average-good QB and with a good OL.....he will be very good

how many of the 6 turnovers vs lions came in later part of game after niners went conservative, running ball to kill the clock---at least 3 think

don't matter , the first TD should have been the Craptree playaction play the f**king Alex firstroundbust Smith throwed the bass short to Craptree ! that should have been a TD

he needs to work on the placment of the ball !
