Jimmy Raye, if so everything this team needed, or any team for that matter. why the drought of not having job entirely before us? better yet, maybe all these years of supposed sucessful offsenses (KC) came with Probowl lineman in place, in which he did not take part in drafting. Willie Roaf, and will shields. THE BEST tackle and guard tandem in the NFL for a period of time. couldnt have been to difficult to get good running numbers there..
Both our headcoach and cordinator although shown us signs of adaptability, have shown us they dont have a clue how to prepare and attack each team before its too late.. with the exception of arz and min; EVERYONE ELSE good was up on us big early.. then we fight scatch and claw just to get back in it to watch ourselves fall short, and think about what could have been.
as far as im concerned.. until we get coach who can actually pick a staff, and actually know how to work with and prepare with an OC on how to attack, approach the opponent week in and week out, our D will be the only positive still, and .500 seasons loom in the horizon for this team.. and then once manusky gets the respect he deserves.. bye bye to him and the defense.. and then were back to sub .500 garenteed.. maybe time for a new GM with some oversight??

Manusky and his defense sure did spot teams multiple TD leads quite a few times, this year. I'm not so sure he's keeping us in it. Can you imagine what our team would look like if our D didn't put us in a huge hole every game?

also, from my personal point of view I swear he would have a great game plan 1 week (i.e Arizona game) and have shiite the next(Philly game). what an effing let down. we need to something to change this.
