That ranks us number 7 in the NFL, not to shabby and i think we will get better, that Brooks is turning out to be something..

i noticed a thread yesterday whining that we need to draft high on another sack specialist...hopefully fans are noticing that we're starting to get more pressure than a lot of people realize

Now that Brooks has been thrown into the mix the last two weeks, the numbers have gone up significantly. Up till that point, the pass rush was inconsistent at best. I still think getting another pass rusher is a priority for next season.

Word. And we need to realize that MLawson is only one full season from MCL/ACL surgery. He will only get better next year. He already has the "freakish" physique, size and demeanor - let's let him develop!!

Brooks has earned a start from yesterday's game. Put him in there and see what he can do on 1st and 2nd downs.

We still need another pass rusher, another Brooks would be great.
IMO, we don't need a Ware, I actually would prefer a pass rushing rotation with Haralson, Brooks, Lawson, and ??? This will keep the other team on their toes more, it will be hard to prepare for all our pass rushers, who each have their own unique style. If we pay big bucks for some great FA, we won't be able to keep all these guys.

He didn't earn anything. That's what he was expected to do. He was the better pass rusher so he is expected to play on obvious passing downs. Lawson is still better in setting the edges on running plays. The coaches see that as well.

I don't see pressures and sacks through out the whole game, like I've seen it last night. So where the hell was it all year long, then suddenly showed up last night
I guess the Cards is the only team that bring out the best in our guys. My game plan for the Eagles is to tell our guys we're actually playing the Cards again next week. They just changed uniforms but they're the same bird

Agree with this. We should be able to get a guy in the second or third for that assignment to rotate.
