2 plays away.......

A TD catch by VD yesterday in the 4th qrt, and a hail Mary from Favre. Thats how close we are to being 7-5 and in the thick of the playoff race. This Monday would be for first place in the division.

You can get down on this team and bash them all you want. but the fact of the matter is we are only 2 plays short of being the team we thought we were. All hope is not lost because we came up 2 plays short.

With the addition of 2 rookie starters in the first round and a big name FA we will only get better.

The future is bright Niner fans and we are on the cusp of taking the NFL by storm!

well, they say the nfl is a game of inches. Thats how close the niners are. The team needs someone with some firey will at a leadership position.

I agree. We have the talent it's just not playing perfect ball or the best ball yet. Shore up the O-Line and get a SHUT DOWN CB and we may be players.

We have someone w/ a firey will in Sing - it takes more than will. We need an experienced coaching team to mold our football team.

I say Jed Should let Eddie run the team. He don't have to own it just RUN it.

I didnt forget

id say if we still had rossum we might have won the seattle game and the tennessee game as both had critical special teams errors that cost us.

almost doesnt win you games. Fact of the matter is, we are 5-7 and out of the play offs.
