We have the most stupid coaching staff inside two minutes to go and maybe more

On the road with 51 seconds Singletary should have played for OT unless we had a kick return out past the 25 or 30. At most you take a shot on first down . . . if you hit one you keep going . . . otherwise keep the clock moving.

The last minute sucked.

Play calling in the first quarter was equally as bad, forgoing a field goal at the goal line on 4th down was a stupid mistake. The offensive line has failed to get a yard on 3rd and 4th and 1 numerous times during the season. It also is a lot harder to get a yard at the goal line than anywhere else on the field, that play had a 25% chance of success with this team. That reverse on a punt return that gave the Seahawks an easy TD was comical, it was so poorly executed it didn't even look like it was practiced. Combine those two gaffs with the end of the game mistakes and the coaching staff created a 13 point swing for Seattle. Since Singletary was 5-4 last year and is now 5-7 it looks like his college rah, rah bs and pep talks didn't go very far.
The guy is a great motivational speaker and an idiot everywhere else. Wish the Yorks weren't so cheap, and would get a first rate coach. Under their ownership we have had Erickson, Nolan and Singletary, that equals mediocrity at best.

The niners lost today because the coaching staff couldnt make the right decisions in various places.
1. A completely unbalanced run vs. pass route. The coaches have flipped into simply becoming a pass happy team (lame). Its like pulling teeth here. Enough complaints come out because they're not passing - and they switch completely to a pass only team.
2. Going for the juggernaut on 3rd down at the end of the game instead of going for the 1st down - blows my mind (especially w/ enough time on the clock and holding onto a bunch of timeouts). Its like Singletary has no clue what the time is on the clock
3. Not preparing adequately to stop the screen passes
4. Not using Walker more, since he clearly has better hands than Vernon Davis. Davis has caught a lot more this year, but he is still unreliable
5. Putting a rookie CB on the field in the end of the game

We are not going to progress till we get a better head coach, offensive and defensive coordinators. We have to change the staff!!!
Reverse on special teams when you have the lead and give them the ball around the 10 yard line...

Go on 4th instead of take the 3 points that later come back to haunt you...

Sing is absolutely awful. Motivator and not a coach.
