Don't know about looking for a new RB coach, but we REALLY REALLY REALLY need a better OL coach. Either that or just better talent on the O-Line.

I don't think he's going anywhere...he likes coaching in the NFL and is back with his former team. He's indicated he doesn't plan to coach forever...so it wouldn't seem likely he'd be a serious candidate to try his hand at being a head coach, especially at the college level. He's insured of a job in SF as long as Singletary's in charge, and I wouldn't expect him to bolt for San Jose St.

I wouldn't be surprised if Rathman was let go next year. He has great knowledge in a system with two backs (RB + FB). It seems like we hardly get that personnel on the field with our "12 personnel" (1 RB, 2 TE)
