Just like that our season has come down to the organization trying to justify the A. Smith pick all while throwing away another season!
Hill would have converted those third downs, and managed the game better. Just like he did the first time we played the seahawks.
Now we can look forward to next season, the focus now becomes the carolina pick!

next two games will settle the Hill vs Smith argument once and for all!

Why dont you talk about the Fumble by Gore, and the 10 WR drops. I cant even believe your a fan. Let me see the team Drop the ball 10 times and at least 2 towards the endzone.
Hill is where his ass need to be on the bench. Bad enough we lost today, why dont you be a true fan, and point the finger where it needs to be pointed today.

i know i swear to god alex played an outstanding gametoday he shouldve had 330+ yds with 4 tds 10 dropped passses is way too much and two of them were for touchdown and lets not forget about crabtree ducking instead of catching the ball

I don't care about his stats, or what he shoulda, coulda, woulda had. He didn't win while the ugly guy with the noodle arm and the bad fundamentals (Hill) won! Alex didn't do anything special today, when he had the oppertunity he threw the ball up for grabs and was lucky it wasn't picked off!

Hill couldn't get the ball down the field to wide receivers. How many catches did the receivers have with Hill? Defneses stacked the box and took away the short passing game. By the Atlanta and Houston game we had no offense and were getting blown out. Hill most likely wasn't go to win any more games. It was clearly evident that a change had to be made. When it was, the offense came alive.

Dude, stop bagging on Hill. You moron's that think Alex Smith is not the future need to just go cry somewhere else and see reality. The guy is good and getting better every game. I love Shaun Hill for his poise and his leadership and he is always drawing unfair criticism because we have some very stunted fans.

Hill has never lost a game we were supposed to win. Weak schedule or not Hill pulled through.
Alex is getting better.

Hill had Willis broke one of Hasselbeck's ribs...and almost collapsed on the field. That's one of many reason how Hill won the game.

This is without question the worst post I have read in Niner Talk for a while and that is saying a lot. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its one thing to not like Alex. I can get that. However, you really show your total lack of football knowledge and ability to see any football talent if you think that Hill
would have been able to make all those 3rd down conversions. Not with that rag arm he wouldnt. How quickly you forget the Atlana and Houston debacles. If our receivers hold the ball today Smith would have thrown for close to 400 yards and a minimum of 3 tds.
