next two games will settle the Hill vs Smith argument once and for all!

The next two games are the real test when it comes to the A. Smith vs S. Hill argument! Hill beat these teams already, and he got the cards in Arizona with Warner as the starter.

So, if A. Smith can't beat the next two teams (Cards at home), the argument is moot and S. Hill is the best QB on this roster!

Dude, the argument isn't mute. IT'S MOOT. Mute would mean it's still there but it can't talk. Sorry but this drives me crazy and I see people make this mistake every day.

Carry on.
It's already settled. LOL. Where have you been? It's Alex now and probably into the future with more spread offense.

Thanks Mr. Spell check!
I think we both know that is an absurdly simplistic view of a vastly more complex comparison. I don't think you're being intellectually honest; what with bringing such a light-weight, troll baiting thread into existence.

Hill still has more wins than Alex to this point, so it is far from settled.

light-weight, troll baiting thread?

What is the most important stat for a QB? I will give you a hint W-L ...

Hill has major limitations which will never take us far. Alex is 1 - 0 playing 4 quarters of spread. In past seasons they always tried to play Alex the way he doesn't play rather than the way he does. Only now recently they are playing to his strengths. Nobody could argue that Alex hasn't played better this year than ever before.

He has, but with very little consistency. Now the games matter more than ever. This is the true test!

Alex Smith has already won the starting role!!! It doesn't matter! Shaun is a back up. There is no more competion. Right now Alex is proving that he can play so the 9ers don't have to waste a draft pick on a QB. this would have been better as a pole!
Hill did not beat these 2 teams. Our defense beat these 2 teams. Please watch the games before u speak.

Thanks for such a subtle hint... but you are arguing like a 5 year old. Are wins the most important stat? Maybe, maybe not. BUT they certainly aren't the ONLY thing that matters... Quickly now, better QB, Dan Marino or Brad Johnson? I think you know you're being deceitfully simplistic, antagonistic, and intellectually dishonest. But by all means keep trolling.
