Looking forward to another Rams game... Wouldn't it be great if we could play our own division 4 times a year??? Lol...
Moving away from the WCO - that was ingrained into this team's history and mentality - was a BAD move. Young QBs would thrive in the system. I honestly think we can slowly develop a few more WCO-style plays. Unfortunately, changing even part of a system takes a long time. And - we can't afford more coaching changes. Best to just work with/modify what we have.
The digits system COULD be slowly morphed back into a hybrid WCO over another Summer and Season... Then we could go back to plugging in any QB we want...
Sigh...

Don't We Get To Play The Rams Again Soon???

Why are you looking forward to the Rams game? Our team will most likely find a way to lose that game also. They have nothing to play for besides respect, they are dangerous.
We should all be dreading the 2nd game vs. the Rams. We are not the same team we were earlier in the season. I have a feeling they're going to stomp us

i'm looking fwd to it also, this week is when the cards are going to start a 3 game losing streak and our winning streak begins. by the last week of the year we will be 8-7 going into the rams game since we own the tie breaker with the cards all we will need to do is beat the lambs to get into the playoffs.

Even if we win, it will be unnecessarily close.

So those of you that think that the Rams game will be a cakewalk consider this: They played the Jags tough 23 -20, the Saints 28-23 and the Cards 21-13.
They will have the home field advantage the next time they play the 49er's.
As a matter of fact, the 49er's also gets to go to Seattle and play the Seahawks against Matt Hasselbeck which they didn't have the last time.
Don't Blink!

They did have him last time, but we took him out of the game.

Yes and he was moving the ball at will against the 49er's until he took that dive trying to get to the end zone. That was Frank Gore's day where he broke two long runs.
I don't think you'll see a repeat of the same things happening the next time they meet.

I hope we have an easy win, maybe not 35-0 but at least something to get our hopes up again. I just really hope Kyle Boller doesn't own us
