Dont blame everything on Raye. Sing is the one who insists on the power running game and conservative game plan. Thats why he hired Raye because that is all Raye can do.

Good point....this falls on Sing....his ideas, his hire and his failure.

And i blame McCloughan for putting little to no focus on getting some quality O-Linemen here

It is not for lack of trying, we have spent more high round picks and free agent money on O-linemen since Scotty/Nolan got here then I can ever remember the Niners teams in the past spent.

I guess Scotty wouldn't know a good O linemen if he were sitting on his face!,,Or perhaps Warhop, then Forester couldn't pour piss out of a boot even if the instructions were written on the heal!
The answer is out there somewhere. Someone needs to find it asap. We are running out of time. The Jags will be here shortly, and I don't mean Mo Drew's lack of height....hahahahaahaaahahahaazzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzz
its to be expected after all 2012 is coming
It's those darned sea monkeys that are doing this. Hawks in the Hose morrowtoo. Yikes!

How the f**k is this happening year after year

you saw it live yesterday when Singletary called the huddle and a 1/3 of the players came over.

Crabtree is suggesting we go to the spread: "It enabled everybody to get open and make plays," "I was getting open the whole game," "I was doing my job. All I can do is do my job."

VD is saying the same thing: "I thought we did a better job in the second half," said Davis, "solely because we were in the spread offense and were able to get everybody involved in the passing game – running backs, wide receivers and tight ends.

"They're not just keying in on one person. They've got everyone to worry about. And that's what you want to do. You don't want to be a one-dimensional team."

Alex is thinking the same, but still being forever PC.

How, from that did you get that the players are turning on Sing? Sounds to me like they simply stated the obvious-- that we are much better better in the spread.

Sing has admitted that too. Maybe I missed something?

exactly it's not raye's fault. If he wanted the spread or vertical passing game then why did he fire Martz?

I agree that he didn't want a spread offense but I think he realizes that he needs to open it up more. He got rid of Martz because of the turnovers that the passing game caused, not because he doesn't like to pass.

No he wanted a boring Arse Ball control, ......win (ha) by a 14-10 score type of team........

Ask Martz what a tight end job is! lol please at least raye can find ways to get vd the ball. I like mike but he doesn't use tight ends and just so happens are best receiver is one.

He doesn't use the TE, but that doesn't mean that he can't use Vernon. When the team is split out, Vernon is playing the slot receiver role. There is no true TE when the team is spread out.
