No Heywood-Bey? Not nice but I can't help chuckling about it a little. I think Crabtree will be in the top three when it is all said and done. Harvin (especially), Maclain, Britt and Nicks all look like very good to at least very solid receivers. If given the choice from the group I am taking Crabtree.

Smith is getting better, Raye is calling better plays.

Crab can easily get 50 catches for the year

If he finishes top 5 among rookie WR's he has to be concidered for the rookie of they year. To be able to do that after missing the first 5 games is crazy.

The kid is old-school. Hell, he doesn't even need a face mask!
I'm not too concerned re the drops. After all, Jerry had that same problem initially. I would however, like to see what kind of speed the kid has and he hasnt' had the opportunity to showcase that quite yet. He has made references to the fact he's fast enough. What that means, i don't know, but it'd be nice to see him get behind the defense and see if anyone can catch him once he has the ball.

Crabtree is beastin'

I was harsh on him during the holdout but that was b/c he hadn't done s%^$ yet. Now that he produces I can respect him.

Imagine this guy with a full TC

The way he runs after the catch sort of reminds me of this one rookie we had back in 1996. I think his name was Terrell Owens, or something like that.

No s**t, those ain't socks, they're f**kin LEGWARMERZ!!!

I love Crabtree and all but I still can't help but thinking that he would already be a great player possibly pro bowl calibar had he just signed on time. This guy started his 1st game after a very long holdout of his rookie season, he's going to be scary when he gets an entire offseason with the team/qb.
