Yes the Raiders have a lease (which was just extended) to stay in Oakland through the 2013 season, which coincidently is the same year that the Niners lease with the City of San Francisco ends . . . . isn't that convenient?? . . . two NFL teams in one metropolitan area with stadium leases expiring before the 2014 season . . .

Who the hell wants to watch a Raiders game in Santa Clara? The reason a 49ers stadium works there is because there are thousands of fans that reside there or somewhere nearby.
