If nothing else comes from Singletary being here, it may be that one decision of him sending Davis to that locker room that made it possible for us to actually see what Davis was able to accomplish and be a team leader. If Nolan was here or any other coach, who knows where Davis's attitude and improvement would be. Outside of Willis, whom also was influenced by Singletary, Staley and Crabtree, we need our some of our recent draft picks to start earning their money.

That was a very fine video. Davis’ greatly improved play this season is a real success story for Singletary.
