I always hated that handle. Those who use it sound like they have an issue with Alex Smith as a person . . . and/or they just like to push the buttons of anyone that didn't agree with their take on Smith.

Since many people say that he does well in a gimmicky spread offense, we should call Alex Smith, "A-11" So that way we can all say that the Niners run a NFL version of the "A-11"
