I see alot of similarities with the way Crabtree catches and attacks the ball, and the way Jason Hill catches the ball. In his extended play towards the end of last year, particularly in the second half of the St Louis game, He was making all kinds of impressive grabs. Jason Hill rarely drops anything, and he seems to go up, and snatch the ball out of the air, similarly to how Crabtree was playing in Houston.
I don't know why he has fallen out of favor with the Coaches. I think he should be playing more, along with Brandon Jones. That's a whole other thread in itself.
I know it's hard not to include a future HOFer and veteran in Bruce, as having the best hands on the team, but IMO Crabtree's and Hill's catching styles are similar, to me at least. I would go as far as to say that I personally think they have the best hands on the squad.
Thoughts?

Normally I'd put Bruce behind Crabtree, but this year he's dropped so many balls it's ridiculous. I think you're right: Crabtree 1st and Hill 2nd. That shouldn't be much of a surprise though. We haven't even seen Jones or Spurlock catch anything yet, and Davis still drops an occasional ball or two. Crabtree wins by default.

I agree... untill we see what those other guys could do (not really interested in Spurlock as much as Jones) I have to go with those 2... Morgan is not really a hands guy as much as a possession guy.
They need to get Hill on the feild more...

I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels this way. Hill should be third important WR going forward. He has talent, speed, and size. And I am very curious what we have with Jones. I think we could use the four of them (Crabtree, Morgan, Hill, Jones) in the same way the Giants use 4 WRs. They are still a strong running team, and yet they find a way to keep 4 WRs and a TE involved in the passing game.
