Plug-and-play replacement for Ulbrich on ST and as back-up LB.

Already knows the defensive terminology and schemes via earlier time with Manusky in San Diego. Al Everest maust have also signed-off on Wilhelm as a preference over Briggs from the PS. I suspect that if opening had occurred in Week 13 or later, that Briggs would have been called-up, instead of this signing. But there is still 7o% of the season to be played, so a veteran replacement seems like the right call at this time.
