73.7% chance of winning our division apparently. The win in Arizona and what is being labelled an "elite" defense are the primary reasons.
Of course this all means nothing if San Fran loses a couple in a row or lose within their division.
I hate black and white sports arguments in general but I think the bottom line is, we need to continue dominating within our division. If we run the table against the NFC West we should be able to sneak in with seven losses at most.
"The 49ers won again. Coupled with Seattle’s loss, the 49ers saw a healthy 7.6 percent increase. The statistics indicate that the 49ers have an elite defense that should keep them in every game of the season. The Cardinals were on a bye week. They need to beat Houston at home next week or they could see a large drop-off in next week’s playoff forecast because they have already lost to the 49ers at home."

Houston at home next week? Try Atlanta at home, and then the Texans in two weeks at Houston.

Read closely. He was talking about Arizona -- not us.

Sounds good to me, we just need to keep taking care of buisness each week.
