What if it's true and we dont get crabs? Will we get the Jet's 1st rounder? With the bears, we swaped picks and were docked a pick. thoughts?

FYI, if the Jets are proven that they did tamper with the contract negotiations with Crabtree, draft picks will be taken from them (similarly to what happened with the 49ers re Lance Briggs). We will not receive any compensation pick for our lost pick.
