He is an extremely rich kid who wants to win and he wants it now. He grew up watching his uncle mop the floor with the rest of the league. He wants a taste of that again and so do I.

Jed offered to sit and talk with MC/Parker face to face and got no response
If the Crabtree camp doesn't want to budge then that's on them.Jed is doing the right thing by not caving in to them.

If Niners fail to sign Crabs...but we win the NFC West this season, and our season is extended way past January.... Jed York gets no props?!
Or should Dr. York take back the driver seat and pull Dennis Erickson out his @ss?!
c'mon

So far he seems more like his uncle than his dad. That's a good thing!

I usually wait a few years before getting too hyped up on rookies. Right now it is game two of the new Prez's rookie season.

Jed is doing a lot of things right. He is renovating and expanding the training facility specifically in the player area of the facility and weight room.
He has done the best job possible regarding the Crabtree situation. Having Eddie comment about not putting up with Crabtree was a brilliant tactical move by Jed because Parker and the rest of the league know Eddie has Jed ear and will lean heavily towards doing what ever his Uncle recommends yet it was not a “official” statement by the Niners
He has reached out and bridged the chasm between 49er alum and the organization. In addition he has gotten Eddie in a round about way re-engaged with the 49ers which is HUGE. What a mentor to have. Eddie publically said he will help with the stadium and where ever else Jed needs him.
As he gets gains experience and is able to learns from his Uncle and Carmen Policy he should do fine long term.

This guy is basically the rebirth of Eddie Debartolo Jr. Mentored by THE man himself, and the guy who pulled the trigger on hiring Mike Singletary. It starts at the top, and I truly believe we are in good hands with Jed!
C'mon guys, show some support. FAR FAR better than Dr. York!
See this football.... right after we win the Vikes game, Im going to stuff it up Craptree's silly little butt!

If I find myself and a bunch of other friends in the 2014 season opener in the new stadium parking lot with the grill chock full of meat and beers a'flowin, you can bet your ass I'll deliver a brew and a burger to Jed York's stadium suite as a token of my appreciation.

Bump.
Every credit the front office receives from this Crabtree bonanza starts with this man.
Finally, we have good days in Ninerland.

He's kinda like the Shane-O-Mac of the WWE. I'll give him some applause for being willing to meet w/ Crabtree and Parker. But I also have some reservation on how quickly York and Co. was "willing" to meet w/ them when they ignored his invitation to meet weeks ago. If it were me, I would've made them wait 'til after the Falcons game and during the Bye week to resume contract negotiations. Would've been less distractions as well as give them a taste of their own medicine by making them wait for a change.
