Coffee was not looking to healthy at the end of the game either.
"Glen Coffee left Sunday's game in the second half with a hip pointer.
We didn't see the injury happen, but the 49ers are now down two tailbacks. The 2009 preseason rushing leader is "questionable" to return to the field"

He's on PS, now they might elevate him to the roster.

Well, I just heard the radio postgame interview with Coach Singletary and he did not sound concerned about FrankĀ“s injury. It sounded like they wanted to be careful with it and he will be day-to-day, so hopefully he will be ready to go against Minnesota

He's the work horse. I think he'll be fine. Spelling him with Glenn Coffee will keep him upright a while longer.

It must not have been too serious if he still played through it during the game.

It seems like almost every game I watch, Gore comes off the field limping at some point. I'm honestly not worried. He always comes back next week not even looking phased!

I thought he tweaked it again and left the game.

Now that I think about it you're probably right. I did see him hobbling around.
