Him and Jones will be gone IMO......and I think Z is going to top Hill unless something major happens pretty soon.

Many of the young guys displayed the quality that Justin Smith epitomizes. That bulldog tenacity that Balmer lacks. Really, that is what struck me most of the newer guys. They all have talent but the sheer effort and determination seemed to come thru. It will be neat to find out if it is a one time event or persists.

Granted he was playing aginst 2nd and 3rd stringers, he really looked good. Briggs looked good last year as a undrafted rookie but mostly as a pass rusher. Now he has added 20pds and he looks like a more complete, all-around OLB. Love his motor and he just seems to have "it". I see him contributing this year and maybe im getting to high on him and jumping the gun a bit, but I can even see him being a starter next year replacing Lawson (or Haralson). Really like excited about watching this guy develop and play more.
