49ers All-Decade Team

All this talk on ESPN about the best players, teams, and coaches of the decade made me want to create an all-decade team for the 49ers. I'm sure my list will have plenty of controversy but here goes...

Offense


QB: Jeff Garcia

HB: Frank Gore

FB: Fred Beasley

OT: Joe Staley, Scott Gragg

OG: Ray Brown, Larry Allen

C: Jeremy Newberry

TE: Eric Johnson

WR: Terrell Owens, Jerry Rice, Arnaz Battle


Defense


DT: Bryant Young, Isaac Sopoaga

DE: Andre Carter, Justin Smith

OLB: Julian Peterson, Brandon Moore

ILB: Patrick Willis, Derek Smith

CB: Walt Harris, Nate Clements

S: Tony Parrish, Zach Bronson


Special Teams:


K: Joe Nedney

P: Andy Lee

LS: Brian Jennings

KR: Allen Rossum


I'm not sure if this team could even with a Super Bowl...

We'd simply outscore everybody with Garcia, T.O., Rice, Gore, and Hearst.

I couldn't get past the 4th line OT without seeing.... SCOTT mothing fing Gragg. He was quietly one of our best FA pick ups. I believe he played 5 seasons and missed one start. He was very consistent and played near a Pro Bowl level. I remember the games against the Giants when he would b!tch beat Michael Strahan.

you mean one game against the vikings

I would go with Ron stone over Jennings he was only on the team for 2 years but he made the pro bowl his first year and probably played in more games lol.

Stone was good but he was a Guard. Scott Gragg has been our best OT over the last decade.

I did consider Scott Gragg and I was never sold on JJ. I'll make an edit and put Gragg in. As for Brandon Moore...trust me, I looked for someone else but couldn't find anyone.
