Actually...the more I look at the thing in Minn the more it just looks like our stadium with a big, ugly greenhouse roof put on top.

It sooms some construction firms go out of their way to make stadiums that don't look like stadiums. I kinda like them to look like stadiums.

Moreover, most people who don't like Levi's Stadium typically want a fancy roof of some kind...and there is no reason whatsoever to put a roof on a stadium in Santa Clara.

Dallas, Minn, Atlanta, Phoenix, Indianapolis....all these fancy roofed stadiums look the way they do for a reason. The weather sucks....either one extreme or the other.

the shape is not close but the glass entrance kinda resembles HP
I like Marvin's line about Dallas, MN, ATL, PHX, INDY....their weather sucks...one extreme or the other.

To quote someone well known to all: "Badge, I don't need any stinkin' badge". Well, that's the way it is with retractable stadium roofs, also

Yeah I can see it. Kind of opposite glass to concrete.

I don't want no s**tty shadows all over my field from the I-beams either.

Yeah, the shadows are horrible with transparent roofs. Granted we get some of that at Candlestick, and most likely some at Levi's, but with transparent roofs you get really weird ones that are just at random spots on the field.

Yup and then you'll have espn blabber incessently about shadows all the 1st quarter when MNF is @ Levi's

That's more of a baseball thing. lol
Slight change of subject. The last big crane is out of the stadium. All precast must be in. Man, I can't believe I was watching them drill the pilings just a year ago.
