Amazing. It's incredible how quickly this has gone up. If they go any faster, they could be ready for THIS season (kidding)...but truly, amazing progression.

It is something how fast projects like this go. I'm a General Contractor and from a geeks point of view it's really just repetitious. Once the foundation/first elevation goes up, it's the same thing (or close to it) after that, kind of like a high-rise.

Going to be cool once you're playing there. I've only known the 49ers to play in the 'Stick.

The question is, do you wish anybody could afford it? beware, possible trick question included.

If that means the dumbasses who like to start fights are plentiful then no, i dont wish everyone can afford it

Yeah, that will be weird at first...looking forward to the future and starting a new era though.

The new stadium is going to be great for the franchise, but it's going to be a sad day when the Stick is demolished.

Ain't that the truth. I've had season tix for the 49ers and the Giants at Candlestick. I wish they would wait a while before blowing it up.

If it's going to be a controlled demolition it will probably be early on a Sunday morning when traffic is the lightest.

"Long term cost for stadium drops by up to 90 million". http://www.mercurynews.com/southbayfootball/ci_23142209/49ers-new-stadiums-long-term-costs-drop-by
Does that now translate to $3,000 high risers?
does that mean that the sbl s are going to drop?
The Raiders are moving in....
