The Gatorade bottle is there because they are a sponsor of the NFL. It's become a new thing for players that are sponsored by a competitor to remove it when the press conference starts.

Hmm ok, makes sense, obviously thought it would be a sponsorship thing, but jimmy is playing in the nfl, I guess nfl doesn't care that he removes the bottle.
