Kray, you cray! You are on the wrong site then. Red and Gold til I'm dead and cold.
I couldn't even imagine suddenly becoming a "fan" of a different team. So dumb. We are 49ers Faithful. If you want to be a "fan" of a different team just because they sign a player you are a bandwagoner plain and simple. Move along now.

If Green Bay signs Colin Kaepernick, I will become a Packer fan

A fan since 1990? Rookie. Come on take it back to the 70's and tell me about it. Fk Kaep. Please tell me how the flag represents police brutality & oppression? Are you fk kidding me. I love how so much of what lead to this beginning has been forgotten. Hmm Harbaugh fired (his main voice now gone), All of the sudden he's hurting then is benched, (a possible cutting/trade looming) and then here it comes...just smells. where was this before? all of the sudden he is quickly becoming irrelevant as is his game. What an opportunity. Let's wear Police Pig socks to practice, and see how that goes, or let's wear a shirt of a man who knows all so well about oppression? come on son wtf.
My issues is yes there are some shady police, but their actions in no way speak for the majority out there. Please. And in a lot of incidents Kaep was wrong. Michael Brown? Yeah man. A flag that represents oppression? Really? A flag that represents a country that gave you an opportunity to get a degree, and make millions with your athletic talents. good luck finding that in another country. You made $39 million for 1 1/2 good years until the NFL got up to speed while you did nothing to hone your mechanics and game. He opted out of his contract. Sure we most likely were going to cut him, but he still was walking away from $$ because he poorly restructured his contract.
Kaepernick elected to demonstrate his beliefs through a divisive act. His initial supporting statements about rationale were broadly indicting the core values of the US. His likely high-maintenance outweighed his value to that team and independently most teams. Free speech is not without consequences. He made a choice and now wants everyone else to be accountable for it. Another bad choice.
The act was inevitably going to divide -- and now his comrades-in-knees want to blame the President for dividing on this issue. We are not that stupid. Stand for the national anthem, exercise your free speech by taking your social causes to another forum -- collectively the players could afford do a Knee-Aid TV special. I doubt many would watch.
Very disingenuous for him to now try and litigate his way out of choosing a horrible way to protest a very worthy cause.
"I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color…there are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder."

u realize kap doesn't have a job cuz he sucks, right? Why would any franchise in their right mind sign a QB that they know cannot read a defense, has show zero development, has regressed, can no longer run like he use to and carries a ton of baggage with him?

If anyone doubts my cred as a Niner fan...I've been a fan of this team since 1990, and I've been on this forum almost since its original inception.
I will continue to love the Niners. And I love how many of our players kneeled for the anthem and showed their support for Kap, and the just cause that he chose to basically sacrifice his career for.

His career officially ended when his girl compared Steve Bisciotti to a slaveowner. Nobody wants to f**k around with Miko Grimes with a radio show.
