He'll f*** that place up too. Probably back stab RG in a few months.
There's a favor being repaid here.... find the angle and you'll know the truth.... This goes beyond Baalke.

Baalke gets Roger fired and becomes the new commissioner.

Don't people do back round checks on these people? Baalke destroyed the Niners as GM and this guy still gets a second chance.
The fools.

Sounds like you're not sure what a nfl football operations consultant does.

Baalke is expected to work in a variety of areas, including officiating video review and player development and evaluation.
Tom Coughlin served in a similar role with the league during the 2016 season. Eagles defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz also served as a consultant to the league's officiating department in 2015.

He's basically a grunt with six bosses.

GodHell was so impressed with his ability to fool owners and destroy the one team he hates (SF), he'll rise up the Corporate NFL ranks quickly. Book it.

The kind of personality NFL needs. Screw people, it's all about business. That's why no one gives a crap about them.
