Well if we're being technical here, Jerry has been an owner much longer than Jed, so of course his team has accomplished more over a longer tenure.
Instead, to be fair and balanced, we should compare the two owners over the course of time that both have actually been owners. York didn't become an owner until 2000.
2000-present:
49ers: six playoff wins, three NFC championship appearances
Cowboys: two playoff wins, zero NFC Championships
York > Jerry confirmed

Gotta say, love how our team kept on fighting (and scoring) despite being down all game. The cowboys folded at the first sign of adversity.
