I feel for Heap and his family.
Praying for him.
Oh man I couldn't imagine... incredibly tragic
So sad to hear..Can't even begin to imagine how he feels.
I honestly do not know how he can live with this pain. I cannot imagine anything worse for anyone to go through.
I used to work with a friend of his. Incredibly sad.
Unbelievably tragic. Every parents worst nightmare, RIP little angel.

Terrible, just awful.

Had a couple of similar incidents make the news in Australia a while back and from then on basically nobody would buy a big SUV unless it had a reversing camera. Became standard kit.

How sad, prayers for the little girl and all the family.

He didnt back over her, he ran over her. She was playing on front of the truck and he just never saw her. Just absolutely heartbreaking.

Not sure how their marriage can survive. She could be the nicest woman that ever existed and still struggle to not be reminded of her dead daughter everytime she looks at him.

That and I dont know how he gets through it. I dont know how you get through that amount of pain without it ever destroying a part of you.

I am sure they will get plenty of support from the local community, especially the Mormon community but I just can't imagine the amount of grief they are dealing with. What a tragedy.
