Agreed. Unfortunately its innocent until proven guilty. And it is undeniable that he was NOT proven guilty in the court...in spite of the fact that everyone knows he likely did it.

In all probability hernandez is a mid level connecticut gang banger who earned a few extra bucks playing pro ball for the krafts. Aint no one testifying on this guy. And his lawyers will get him out.

The legal system is just like any other marketplace. If you spend enough money, eventually you get what you want. Especially the legal system in massachusetts.
