Jerry Jones notified all NFL GMs they are permitted to contact Tony Romo or his agent to schedule a workout,
visit or physical, source says 9:56 PM - 3 Apr 2017
1 Hour Later ...
Mike Garafolo @MikeGarafolo
The Cowboys informed clubs they are "limited to conversations concerning (Romo's) 2017-19 NFL player contract"
(i.e. to facilitate a trade)

1. On so many levels ... IMO, he's over-thinking the process. Of course, I don't know his -- or the FO' -- mindset
for their franchise ... but if he thinks/believes that it's shrewd business on his part, and he's being a savvy football
execs on this ... I just don't see it.
Then again, here's a Jerry-ism for you (from an interview):
"I've been around here when it was glory hole days and I've been here when it wasn't. Having said that, I want me
some glory hole."

2. I'd venture to say, most people share your feelings as well ... and the "it's a business" thinking aside, me thinks he's
doing Romo an injustice. Considering it's common knowledge he likens him to a son; then recall his earlier statements
that
"the Cowboys, will do right by Tony Romo" ... then I'd dread to see how he'd treat Tony, if he thought of him as his
Red Head Stepchild ???
3. With the draft just 24 days away, one would think he'd like to have the matter resolved ... or at least in progress ???
Although that is what (IMO) he's attempting with these Tweets, Romo's
current injury history, seemingly doesn't aide
in facilitating his approach.

elect all years, Click display -- includes all seasons from 2007, inclusive of the 2016 season. And, although
he didn't miss games during all of those seasons ... teams are probably -- or should be -- looking at the accumulative affect
of those injuries, in total. Hence teams that are seriously interested, being somewhat to extremely reluctant (considering JJ'
stance at this point).
I thought JJ had learned, and had somewhat altered his ways ... Greed however, is a strange animal !!! So who knows here ???
