Well Eric mangini says they'll only save 5 mil if the cut or trade him. Might as well keep him. And if he's there you know Jerry will start him.
I see Jerry taking next year as a do or die year with romo. One last run with his adopted son. And wether they win the SB or not, it will be Dak from 2018 on.

I know he is injury prone, but IF he can stay healthy, he makes the Texans or Chiefs Superbowl contenders if traded there.
If either team can get to the AFCC with him on the bench... that's when they could throw in Romo and pray he doesn't get hurt

No. He knows an advanced version of English (future talk).
It's difficult / complicated for him to dumb down his version for us just so we can understand. BuZz is great and he's patient with us

Thats why I said to trade a 7th rd pick for him. We get exclusive rights and they get a 7th round pick that probably wouldn't stick on our roster anyways.

Wait what-huh? My electronic translator must be broken.
Jerry is going to hold onto Romo for as long as he can to try and get something. He'll hold onto him until July I think to try and get a trade.

Report: Tony Romo believes it's Texans or retirement in 2017
Is it really Houston or Bust for Tony Romo?
The quarterback is in an odd limbo right now – he's not wanted by the Dallas Cowboys, who have already found his replacement, but the Cowboys have yet to release him. Romo, who will be 37 in April, understandably wants to play for a contending team, which would eliminate a club like San Francisco.
But we're nearing the end of March and Romo still doesn't really have a home, though he isn't the only quarterback with playoff experience who can say that (Colin Kaepernick, Jay Cutler). Dallas is hoping to trade Romo, but his list of suitors is apparently short.

Houston is Romo's preferred landing spot, and a league source said earlier this month that Houston owner Bob McNair is high on bringing Romo to the Texans, and the team would be willing to trade a mid-round pick to Dallas – provided Romo would agree to a new contract.

How awesome would it be if Romo took Houston to the Super Bowl against Dallas? Then imagine the reaction of Jerry Jones and cowboy fans if they lost to Romo; what a wonderful thought

This #Cowboys situation with Tony Romo isn't ending any time soon. It could continue not only up to the draft, but past the draft. Buckle up
