GM: Terry McDonough (started as an intern w/ the 9ers bak in 1989, currently works under Steve Keim in AZ. AZ has built a great roster with small school prospects and smart trades and FA signings.)
HC: Kyle Shanahan (quit the Browns OC job because he refused to go along with management's call to start Johnny Manziel. That takes courage, and balls.)
QB: Mitch Trubisky (checks all boxes; athletic, great arm, great decision making, field awareness. We better not pass on this guy or we will regret it)
