Can't see Washington letting Cousins walk, money is no object to that franchise.

GM: Raleigh McKenzie or David McCloughan (Raiders)
HC: Bill Musgrave or Rod Woodson
QB: And with their first, second and third pick in the NFL draft, the 49ers select the following quarterbacks:

If Cousins leads that team back into the playoffs, he's making bank, in WASHINGTON. And deservedly so. Dude can hit the long ball when it's critical.

It sounds like everyone on this thread agrees that GM and HC must go. I am not against that plan, but the idea of bringing in someone with zero GM experience (Steve Young) is crazy. Elway has done great because he was a GM in the area league and gained experience. If Steve was interested, he needs to be working as an assistant GM somewhere. As for bringing in Shaw as HC, maybe. I think he is a great coach, but may not ready for the NFL just yet. Who would I want? To be honest, I grew up in the Walsh era, so I want an innovative intellectual coach. A master strategist. A great leader. I am not sure who that is, but I do not think it is Chip Kelly.

I always thought Steve Young would be great for GM and Kirk Cousins at QB I'm glad to see other people have the same thing in mind and as for HC Josh McDaniels I was reading on NFL.com that he was interested in becoming a HC again why not make them offer's they can't refuse they all have experience in the NFL and they know what it takes to win
