I read this and I'd be very happy if it could happen. I doubt it but that's all the fun I'm having this season anyway.

i actually like that plan but the big question is has mcdaniels REALLY learned why it went so wrong in denver. theres no way to really know until hes hired an has been here for a couple years and were already just starting that process with chip. its a big risk to start all over with another big question mark. i said this before this offseason and il say it again what this franchise needs most right now is proven stability an leadership and experience. it may not be the "young, new-age" move that york wants but clearly thats not working out.
this is why before this season i said our best choice was hue jackson then shanahan. both already prove they can win as head coaches(hue should have never left oakland) and both know how to construct a great offense. shanahan worked wonders with steve young and RG3 when he was healthy and i cant f**king believe we could not get him a chance to with kap. if he could do that with young an rg3 think of what he could have done with kap if he was focused. now kap couldnt give a s**t less about football and cares more about trying to get attention after games using his t shirts. so it doesnt matter who our HC is from now on as far as it goes with kaeprnick cause he will either not be here or not care

I think it looks pretty good
There are some areas that are not right, hard to believe McDaniels will ever leave NE. Guy is just waiting for Bill to call it quits and take over. Also Chips offense worked every year he was in Philly not just the first one.
FA wise and draft wise I love it, minus the 2nd rounder for Jimmy G.....not sure that's all it would take to get him and i would rather draft a qb in the 2nd....but I understand it if we had Josh McD that would be pretty nice

Would turn this franchise around. Torrey would be a beast if we got a QB that could throw to his WRs, and we signed Jeffery. Too bad it never gonna happen unless Chip bolts. I was rooting for Chip. As smart as he is, he is a system coach that doesn't alter his strategy to his team's strengths. His vanilla read option and RB plays down the middle kills me. I'm hopeful we will do the right thing. Aside from the RB position, there are a ton of talented FA's next year.
QB: Kirk Cousins (not worth the money imo but he will be a definite upgrade)
WR: Jeffery, Kenny Britt, Kamar Aiken, Lafell, Russel Shepard, Terence Williams (all better than our core wr's)
DL: JPP, Jabaal Sheard, Dion Jordan, Tyson Alualu, Nick Fairly, Dontari Poe
LB: Nick Perry, Berk Mingo, Malcolm Smith, Keenan Robinson

i like it! The only things i would change is hiring Kyle Shanahan instead of McDaniels. Also why would be pick up Vollmer if we already have two OTs? would rather pick up a center so we can upgrade that position

Chip Kelly is the worst hire I've ever seen . Love the idea of a whole new staff coming in ! Unfortunately chip will probably be around at least 1 more year to my disgust . The Draft this year is so important to our franchise its insane . We need continuity these rollovers on staff is an embarrassment not to mention hard on our players , if McCarthy is let go in gbay scoop that dude up in a second ! McDaniels over shannahan .

I live in Redski.. Er.. team who shall not be named country, and I'm tired of hearing about Cousins. Niners need new blood everywhere. Cousins has peaked IMO.

I didn't see anything bout getting rid of Baalke. And moving AA and Buckner on the inside of a 4-3 might not be that great of idea. Then we would also need more help at OLB in that scenerio. I wouldn't trade Torrey though. Just pair him up with Alshon and draft a slot guy
