He also had experience running a pro franchise coming into it. And also came in on top as just executive vice president and was groomed by the GM to take over. Went into it with the same long time owner who had been amazingly successful over the years to help his transition.

You think jed and baalke are gonna rip Steve away from the cushy broadcast job he has to come fix this mess these 2 dudes created? lol

A 35 year old HC, A GM that never held an executive role in the NFL so ill say there's 10% chance it'll work. BTW good luck with Woodson, you aint plucking that guy from the Raiders team only to give the same position on the niners lol.
