When Baalke heard the news that Justin Verette played two games with a torn ACL he shot a load in his pants.

He was completely inaccurate at deep throws and suspect accuracy elsewhere. He can complete short throws but his best quality was handing the ball off to AP. that's it. He is like Blaine gabbert. It would set our team back years if we started him. Better to trade for a proven starter or draft a high pick.

Agree that is our best option.

I think Bridgewater is in an excellent spot.
He can learn the game A LOT better for a year or 2 behind Bradford and step in a much better QB.

His knee injury was apparently as bad as Lattimore...

its going to be a couple of seasons before Teddy can start testing out that leg , it's quiet possible he may never recover and regain his strength in that leg, he damn near lost it , I'd rather draft a QB in the first or second round , by next year, our offensive line should be improved, we have Tiller, Garnett and Brown, 3 young lineman we could have on the roster for quiet awhile and build around, Big Joe should be around a bit longer to hold down LT, age hasn't slowed him down up until this point

Drafting a QB and putting him on this team will guarantee he fails. Especially if Baalky has anything to do with it.

As one doctor who's worked with NFL teams said this week, 'If he didn't make it back, it wouldn't surprise me. This is a bad injury, about the worse knee injury a player can have.'

our best bet to get a starter next year is to get the best QB on Tampa and make a play for glennon - we should have made a move for foles but apparently chip didnt like QB's who set efficiency records on offense - prefers a dude who can run but not complete 50% of his passes

Who the hell is Justin Verette?
If youre going to attempt a lame joke, at least get the name right.
