He would be.
IMO, he has serious personality issues like his father.
Not sure if he could get on board as a team-player w/other coaches at this point in his career.
The BIG question, in my mind, would be - Could handle not being the guy in the spotlight, especially w/his BIG mouth?
Jim Schwartz had that issue in his first year as DC in Philly. Look at him now. He's doing fantastic.

I think Greg Roman could find work has a run game specialist like Curtis Modkins. Actually i think he would probably be better than Modkins even though they run different blocking schemes. Greg sucked at most things as a OC but he is top notch in the run game. i could see him joining the cardinals if Goodwin gets poached for a HC gig

Does Rex Ryan have any reason to come to us as a DC? Pretty sure even if the Bills fire him he's going to be looking for another HC job.

chances are no one will hire him. After getting fired twice within a 2 year period, that is pretty much the point where you have to swallow your pride and try working your way back up from either a college HC or a coordinator position
