We keep talking franchise QB but does Kelly need or use one? I mean he seems more likely than any other HC to play the hot hand at the moment no matter the QB.
And where has that gotten him exactly? Making the playoffs with Andy Reid's guys was great and all but he can't expect to win or even get to a Super Bowl with mediocre QBs.
Andy Reid's guys that Andy Reid himself went 4-12 with the year before. Out of all the things Chip Kelley gets put down for that's one of the worst. He didn't just lead an already good/great team.
