He actually made the smart play and stayed out of it.

Trying to break up the fight could've gotten him into trouble and by standing off to the side there really isn't much the NFL can do to him.

This video isn't really shocking. There's a cat fight and Fowler stands by watching. Maybe he could of intervened, maybe he had something to do with the fight in the first place, but all things considered it's pretty tame.

Ray Rice knocking a girl out on an elevator is shocking. This is not.
