Weakest Arm for Starting QB in NFL History

Who you got?

Does Ken Dorsey count as a starter? He started for a bit.

Chad Pennington's arm was really weak after he hurt his shoulder, but that was because of an injury.
Hmmmm, is this a Kellen Moore thread? (He gon' start next game, bank on it)

His arm actually wasn't that weak; he just had a horrible release & couldn't throw it straight.

2015 Peyton Manning.
I was so pumped when the niners drafted Dorsey. He was beastin in college.

Dude had/ has the football smarts. Had the height. Just never could catch up to the NFL strengthwise.

So what's Mr Dorsey up to nowadays?

Oh . He's the QB Coach for the UNDEFEATED Carolina Panthers with his Revamped protégé, Cam Newton.

NFL history? Pretty impossible to answer. All the responses are qbs from the last 10-15 years. Pretty sure there were some really noodle armed qbs back in the day.
