This fun little exercise allows you to put together the best possible nfl team composed of 11 copies of the one best player possible to cover all positions on offense, and 11 copies of the one best player to cover all positions on defense.
Pick two athletes whom you think could gain or lose 30-50 pounds, if needed for position requirements, and still maintain the kind of athleticism necessary to be the one-best-player.
State why you think your guys are the best choices to field the greatest 2-man team.
My choices:
Offense: Bo Jackson -- i could not pick anyone else because Bo is the worlds greatest speed-power athlete. He could be an unstoppable, 215 lb receiver, 225 lb rb/qb, 250 lb te; even as a 260-280 lb O-lineman, he would be an handful against your defensive choice.
Defense: Lawrence Taylor -- at his normal size, he had uncanny, on-field athleticism. As a 220-230 lb db/s, he'd more than hold his own against most opponents. As a 240-260 lb linebacker, you know the answer. As a 270-300 lb d-lineman, he would be destructive at all levels.
How would your game plans stop these guys?
What's your team?
