yeah they kind of built their team on hitting on mid rounders and udfa's. they're not all pro bowlers, some are and others have made key plays at key times. can they sustain success now that a number of the mid round finds make pretty good money on their second deals? who really knows, but if anyone can its probably the team with a track record of finding hidden gems in the later rounds.

Not a whole lot of those hits lately, and he throws away 1st round picks.
