1) He lost a Super Bowl.
2) He made a highly questionable call around the goal line which may have contributed to that.
From all the things I read and hear those are very legitimate reasons to get rid of a top coach.

No, they should wait until the cheating scandals start to emerge so he can leave before the sanctions. This is starting to mirror his days at USC so much it's hilarious. Super talented team, but completely undisciplined. It will crumble by their own doing. Just have to sit back and enjoy the Pete Carroll experience.
