So if they have a crazy good run game, then Roman deserves a little credit. However, if their passing game is really good, he literally deserves NONE of the credit because he has nothing to do with it. It's likely that both will suck anyway.

He's got to be the only "coordinator" in the league who isn't even in charge of the offense. LOL why the hell do they even need him? Do they think his run designs are so good that they absolutely had to get him for that reason only? If so, they haven't watched the 49ers offense after 2011, because his run designs have been average to below average ever since.

Roman's run game was good. His pass game sucked. They are doing a really bad experiment.

His run game was good AT FIRST, then it became average. Let's not forget who his running back was. Gore was able to produce even when he was the only offensive threat and teams were putting up to 9 in the box, so if Roman had some sort of genius run scheme, we probably would have seen something similar to Gore's 2006 season at some point during Roman's 4 years of awful.

Roman has always been overcredited for his run schemes, in my opinion. He also became ridiculously predictable with the run. 1st and 10 or 2nd and 10 = Gore up the middle. If Hunter was in, it was a sweep EVERY TIME.

Jeff Fisher and crew exposed HaRoman. Carroll finished him.

Roman will have the bills in the top 10 in rushing with Spiller and Jackson.....Watkins will be an even bigger playmaker next year....with all the bickering about Roman through out last season, we'll see that he might have gotten a raw deal with us ..because if he continues to rely on the run and go for a homerun now and then, he'll have some success , there is a lot of talent on that roster to make some noise in the league

This could happen, if they get the play in on time, so the QB has a chance to do their job before the snap; otherwise, Roman may not last the year.

There are so many "conditions" required for Roman to be successful that if those conditions were met; no reasonable human being could say the that Roman was the reason for success.

how is Roman going to make Watkins an even bigger playmaker when the inept POS isn't even allowed to call pass plays

please dont talk abt cj spiller and jackson like they are better than gore and hyde. jackson is hitting AARP status and spiller is not a durable or true rb just good at screen passes and we all know much roman loves screen passes, on top of all that they have jerk manuel running their offense this is a guy how was benched in the 1st qb for throwing more ints than picks and honestly should not even be a backup QB in the CFL

even after all that how could the bills do anything in that division that pats will win every year...prolly go 6-8 wins only cuz jets and dolphins are horrible

The favorable predictions for Roman are rooted in pride. Many posters don't want egg on their face if Roman completely self destructs (which, has a high probability to occur). So, they're spending the off season attempting to accrue as many text victories as possible; memorializing their "assessments" in the process.

Roman is coaching for his life. He's on a team with less talent. As much crap as Kaep got, people have to realize that anyone else outside of "maybe" Wilson would have been on IR half way through the season. Now, Roman has been demoted to Running OC because of his complete complicity or responsibility in the HaRoman debacle that got both of them removed from their prior employer. And the QB situation in Buffalo is FAR worse than the one the 49ers had with Smith... Which means they are in the "Rattay(sp), Dorsey, Hill" territory... Good luck with that.

Roman is classic example of a clueless coach getting overpaid for being on a successful team that covered up his horrible playcalling with top notch defense and initial success of the read option, he has no idea how to adjust to another team's strategy which is what a coaching is about...but he found a perfect home in the perennial loser bills

GRo says all 4 Buffalo QBs will take 1st-team reps in OTAs. Congrats Roman you have no starter.
