I say minimize the replays and stop telling the refs to over enforce rules. Let them ref without all that pressure and the games will be fine...aside from a usual missed call. I would rather have shorter games reffed more consistently over longer games where the ref is and/or can second guess himself.

Nothing better in a ref's mentality than confidence. At least he will be consistent that way.
