Sexual assault may or may not have any validity to it. CJ was dumb to be involved in a situation that resulted in this whether or not he actually did anything.

Didn't mean for that to say that he's definitely guilty, only that it's a good thing he wasn't on this team when he was accused. We've had enough to deal with.

Or do the good ole, "Former San Francisco 49ers DB CJ Spillman is being investigated for sexual assault. Spillman currently plays for the Dallas Cowboys."
I hate when writers write like that but you see it quite a bit now it seems like.
