Kansas City Chiefs name is "offensive" and should be changed as well.

Nope. It's always been offensive.
We've just got more dead racists.

The redskins I can see but the chiefs? The name redskin comes from a derogatory term used for native Americans similar to how the n word was used for African Americans. A chief is just the leader of a tribe

from wiki:
Hunt, with a roster replete with players who had played college football in Texas, wanted to maintain a lineage to the team's roots and wanted to name the club the Kansas City Texans.[2] "The Lakers stayed the Lakers when they moved from Minnesota to California," he reasoned. "But Jack Steadman convinced me that wasn't too smart. It wouldn't sell." The team was renamed the Kansas City Chiefs—one of the most popular suggestions Hunt received in a name-the-team contest.[4] A name also considered at the time for the team was the Kansas City Mules.[4]
The name, "Chiefs" is not only derived from a fan contest, but also from Mayor Bartle, who 35 years prior, founded the Native American-based honor society known as TheTribe of Mic-O-Say within the Boy Scouts of America organization, which earned him the nickname, "The Chief."[2]

Are you saying that the Chiefs nickname was not founded on racism? Because I find that racist.

If it turns out to be another "Redskin" dilemma, then perhaps they could change it to something that rhymes with Chiefs, such as, Queefs... has a certain ring to it.
Alternatives: Squatting Bulls, Frohawks, Crazy Mules or Ducky Boys.
Any other suggestions?

Oh just watch, they'll ban the 49ers next cause of all the dead Asians that built San Francisco's railways during the gold rush.
It's going beyond political-correctness, it's about covering up/censoring history now, cause George Orwell put it best, "he who controls the past, controls the future".

They made us here change the motto The fighting Sioux to The Sioux here at
The university of North Dakota which had been around since 1863.
"Fighting" was offensive. All the logos changed, clothing, everything.
Redicullous.

wow, that is ridiculous.
Notre Dame is the Fighting Irish. Irish people seem pretty proud about it. It symbolizes strength.
Hell, you could call Irish people a bunch of drunks and they seem pretty proud about it.
