Ya know Paraag (and Baalke and whomever) can get a little too cute with their obsession for risk management. I'm assuming the 49ers offered the same deal they completed with Miami for Martin . . a 2015 7th if he makes the 2014 roster . . . as if any of the seventh round picks we have this year aren't long shots already. I really doubt this has any impact other than PR and trolling, but if they were intrigued enough to make the inquiry they should just pull the trigger man.
